Products and Prices:

Circuit Store focuses on importing the latest products and brands that are not in the market, considering the quality of the product and providing all the details with high-quality images for the customer so that he has the freedom to choose.

Shipping and Receiving:

Circuit Store company focuses on delivering the product in the best condition as it is in the pictures to the customer and in the fastest time.

The order will be delivered within 24 hours of completing the order process.

The delivery service at Circuit Store is only the delivery service from our store to the customer’s address and does not include the process of installation the product, if the product requires an installation process, and thus Circuit Store is not responsible for any other costs that the customer has to pay for the installation process.

We must be provided with the correct contact information of the customer and accurate delivery address such as (house number, street number, area number, area name) so that we can deliver as soon as possible.

Delivery fees are calculated according to the chosen area and appear to the customer when completing the order. In the event that another area was chosen by the customer other than the registered or chosen address on the website bears any additional shipping fees, Circuit Store is not responsible for any loss to the customer.

In the event that the customer wishes to cancel the order, he must inform the customer service on the contact numbers mentioned on the website or Instagram before a maximum of 12 hours has passed from the time of completing the order, and if the customer service is not notified at the time specified previously, the delivery fee is calculated only on the customer and no additional fees are charged.

Delivery fees are calculated on the company if there is a factory defect in the product, Circuit Store is responsible to replace the product or return the amount of money to the customer according to the customer’s choice of payment method at the time of his purchased for the product.

Payments:

There is two ways of making the payments the customer can choose between them in Check out page ( Cash on delivery or Online payment by Sadad )

Products Warranty:

The product warranty is mentioned in the product details on the website, and if the warranty is not mentioned, the product is without warranty.

Products without a manufacturer’s warranty can be returned after contacting customer service after one day of use.

All products forfeit their warranty in the event of misuse by the customer.
